If you change your mind:
Our returns policy for items that you have changed your mind on extends to 7 (seven) days from purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return postage costs are your responsibility.
All “Sale” and “Reduced” items as sold are not able to be refunded, exchanged or credited.
If the goods are faulty or damaged:
If your goods arrive damaged or are otherwise faulty please email us as soon as possible to let us know. We will gladly exchange, refund or credit you the amount of your purchase and will cover the reasonable costs of return postage* to us and will organise this when you contact us.
*International return postage costs are your responsibility.
If you choose a refund or credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will discuss with you the next steps to obtain your refund or credit.
If you haven’t received a refund within the above time limit, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you choose an exchange:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It is important to note that our products are, by their special and unique nature, individually handcrafted. As such no two items are exactly the same and it cannot be guaranteed that your exchange item will be identical in nature to your returned item.
Insurance:
If you are shipping an item valued over $75 back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
