    WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

    We use Australia Post or courier and shipping is a flat rate of AUD$10 for deliveries within Australia. A flat rate of AUD$30 is charged for delivery of heavier items and certain ceramics within Australia*.

    *Should your order consist of many heavy items, additional delivery charges may apply.

    CURRENCY & PRICES

    All transactions are processed in AUD. For payment we accept only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay or PayPal.

    All prices on the Native Interiors website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please note that delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted for each product.

    HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

    We aim to ship goods within 48 hours of order confirmation. We ship Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Our standard delivery times are 3 to 10 business days. Native Interiors cannot be responsible for third party delays in transit.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

    Deliveries to New Zealand

    All New Zealand orders are shipped with tracking and the cost is calculated by weight. We have multiple flat rates:

    Small packages up to 500g: AUD$20

    Medium packages up to 2kg: AUD$31

    Large packages & boxes up to 5kg: AUD$55

    Heavier items and ceramics: Please email us for a quote.

    Deliveries to the rest of the world

    Orders to most countries are shipped with tracking and the cost is calculated by weight. We have multiple flat rates:

    Packages up to 2kg: AUD$65

    Bulky items & boxes up to 5kg: AUD85 – AUD$117

    Heavier items and ceramics: Please email us for a quote.

    *You are responsible for any import duties charged. Should your order consist of many heavy items we may contact you as additional delivery charges may apply.

    If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 14 business days. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business some products may sell out in a short space of time and may not be able to be re-ordered.
